Today, July 5th I brought my wife into the hospital. She was admitted to the ER and after 45 minutes I found out that the patient next to us not only had covid but did not have a mask on. After I complained it took 15 to 20 minutes for a nurse to bring him a mask. I had asked to move my wife to another room but the nurse said there were no other rooms. I know for a fact that there was a room on the other side of us that was vacant. Not a good decision from our nurse not to move us.

Went to Endo on Savannah Road, Lost my temper. Why? I was there 15 minutes early to do the paperwork and stuff as usual, and it sounded like someone had either locked or unlocked the door, but when I tried to open the door to enter, it wouldn't budge. I went to my car and wondered what I should do next, I was thinking about going home, then I decided to try the door again, so i tried again, wouldn't open. Noticed a doorbell button so I hit that a couple of times, no response. Went back to my car, I was steaming at this point. I called the office phone number to say I couldn't get in, and got the Answering Service. I barked at her to call them and tell them the door wouldn't open and also told her this was no way to run a business. She hung up on me. Then someone was walking across the parking lot, and I asked her if she worked here, she said yes. I asked her to have someone physically open the door for me, and she did. I checked in, probably complaining the whole time, anyway, other people entered, and they were taken in first!!!! then they took me in, not only was my doctor there but another doctor who said he was the head of the place, I admitted to being angry and for reasons of stress in my current life could not control my anger, But I don't think that door will get fixed, nor do I think they will repair the doorbell or remove it. They abated the situation they think because they got me to admit I was angry. Well, I'm not going to stop there. I am going to the hospital to see who I can talk to about this situation. Yes, I was loud and abrupt, yes, I probably scared them, but they need to fix things there, so this doesn't happen again.

Worse healthcare system all around in Sussex county! Bed side manners is horrible and doctors and nurses like to talk about their patients in the ER. Literally heard a nurse call a patient a crack heat behind the desk. My fiancé has been having the same stomach issue going on 8 months now and I made the mistake of keep taking her to Bebee and still have no answers one doctor stated “ you have been coming since august what else do you want me to do?” They give her morphine for the pain and send her home instead of do some kind of test or get a specialist to look at her. Three hours later she is in pain again. I had to call a ambulance for her and her hear beat per min. Was 192 and instead of keeping her and Evaluating her they send her back home now even 24 hours later she is rushed back to the hospital with 142 beats per minute and what do you know they send her home again! There exact words are “we have 20 patients in the ER is waiting for a room and about 20 to 30 people still have to be seen by the ER” what exactly does have to do with us? Bebee is a horrible hospital I wouldn’t recommend taking anyone to that poor excuse for a hospital. Next time I will take the extra drive to Christiana where I know where she will be taken care of!

If I could rate no star I would. The fact that your making everyone change their masks one is stupid. Paper masks don't make any difference then cloth. Second telling someone that the person they are with can't go with them to their scheduled appointments with no reason dumb. How many volunteers do you need at one area of the hospital. You can figure out no matter how many times you ask those of us that are waiting who they are waiting on. I was asked if I was waiting for the same patient 5 times by the same person. No and I don't want to know that other patients name. That's a HIPPA violation. I hate this hospital the volunteers are not very nice to those calling in to check on patients either.
