By far the worse place this is the second time here and no better then last walk in 645pm and I'm not allowed to sit and order ff for kids and drinks because ferry comes in one hour. First that tells you something about service 2nd we can order ff to go and drinks and that's ok. Never again wouldn't recommend this place to a dog. We figured after last bad experience with the food fries were ok. Guess not. And Manger just awful. And we offered to pY for our food is case it took them an hour to cook French 🍟.

Had a really nice lunch here. Good service and didn't bat an eye when said we just wanted to get a couple appetizers to share for our lunch. Service was good and for a weekday it was busy. Come off hours if you want to sit outside with a view.

We were headed to Cape May for the afternoon on business, and a friend suggested we go early and leave our car in line for the ferry, and then go enjoy lunch out on the deck. What an excellent idea! On the Rocks is a great addition to the local restaurant scene. Obviously, a boon for travelers going in both directions, but not a bad place either to while away an hour or two with a fabulous view of the water, and watching the ferries come and go. There is an indoor dining room, but out on the deck they have tables with umbrellas for seated service as well as a large bar area that you can sit or stand around. Full bar service, Crush cocktails on special, and they make a pretty good burger with excellent french fries on the side. No time to eat? They'll box it for your ferry ride.
