Very quick check in and loading of the boat. Clean and organiy. Great value. Watch out for the speed trap on the Delaware side. I was not familiar with the area and came down a bridge too fast. Bummer.

This was an awesome alternative retuning home from Delaware. This was my third ever trip on the ferry and it never disappoints. Flawless online reservations at my requested time. The ferry terminal is modern and super clean. The staff is very helpful and friendly. The schedule is promptly adhered to with a security check of all vehicles. Very comforting. The ferry was clean with plenty of seats both indoor and out. Some indoor seating as well as the small gift shop on board were closed due to COVID. The snack bar served a limited menu along with several alcohol choices. Try the Orange crush. Service was friendly. A drink menu would be suggested. Smooth ride and great memories for my 7y.o. COVID-19 protocols are in place on board.

What I love is the warmth of the sun on my skin, the feel of the breeze, a summer dress, hair down, hubby's hand in mine, or resting comfortably across my legs. Holdong hands, kissing and watching the dolphins and seeing the first pelicans of the season.
