Car was in the bay for an oil change in less than 5 minutes. Professional and kind staff who didn't try to upcharge me on anything I didn't need (torn wiper blade). And they had a $10 off coupon on their website! What a great experience. Will definitely come again.

This place is beyond DISGUSTING. I should have went to the one in Dover. The service techs were smoking when we pulled up, and then stated they had to pull in my vehicle. AFTER SMOKING. Then, no one outside or in were wearing mask..like said on the website. They’re all in there sharing french fries then touching the keyboards. Last..One tech pulled my car around front and left it unattended with the keys in the ignition WITH OUT TELLING ME. They also were pulling on parts of my bumper that were already messed up. Unnecessarily.

What a sham of a business. Took my Jeep in for a routine oil change and upsold on buying a replacement rear window wiper. Later to find out there was no window wiper attached. Took it back when discovered and they couldn't find a wiper that would fit. In actuality they broke the rear wiper arm where the wiper attaches and refuses to fix because it's not covered by warrantee. However they would be happy to order a new wiper arm and install. Now if you can't even replace a wiper, why in the world would I pay for you to change the entire wiper arm assembly and install a new one? Completely unprofessional and not a care in the world for their customers.

i was very dissatisfied with my visit at jiffy lube i went in for an oil change just for them to tell us we needed all this extra service done, i said go ahead and do it all and that same day my oil light came up again 15% oil life. the whole reason i had gone was for an oil change and they didn’t even attempt to change my oil, the employees were disrespectful and one of the mechanics thought it was okay to smoke a cigarette in MY VEHICLE. no human decency. i’ve been here several times before with zero problems, do better jiffy lube.
