Typically I've seen flights take 20-30 minutes from touchdown to being off the plane. They generally have people boarding planes 20-30 minutes before departure. It could work but any delays will break that plan.

I don't think there are any regular flights between Logan and MHT (it would be a very short flight). Some bus companies such as Flight Line offer service between them. From Toronto you may have to go to Logan; Manchester isn't set up as an international airport.

The terminal parking is what you see to the left of the terminal. 1st is the cell phone lot that is just parking. Manchester should make this area larger and more friendly to the consumer. They should pattern it out like Orlando Airport in Florida has done. With posting on a big screen of the times that the flights are arriving and bathrooms, and even snack machines. Orlando doesn't what those people picking up their arrivals stressed out. Why wait on the side of the road when you can wait in comfort. 2nd is the return your rental car and the third area is the parking, then you see the terminal to the right.

I believe they only have them in the shops inside the airport once you go through security. Hut there is the mall of New Hampshire near the airport and there are gas stations in the area. Hope this helps
