They recommend 2 hrs, but I've never waited more than 10 min. in the security line. Small terminal, so gates are all within easy walking distance.
My first time flying out was 9/24/2021. There was only one TSA check point open so I was glad I arrived at rental car return 2 hours early. This airport had restaurants open so that was perfect for me. Get in early, get thru security, eat/drink then sleep on the plane (no matter what time it is).
Two hours is a good bet
Hi Amy, The best answer would come from your airline. Manchester is efficient, but even the best can have a crowd for security check at times. I personally plan for two hours, some people say one and a half is enough. More important to where you're going to, is the time of day. But, best it's you ask your airline.
