one star is only because the grounds are nice and the building is clean. Otherwise this place would rate as a zero. All of the staff stick together and that includes the service coordinator in fact she is worse than the management staff. They are good to those who have lots of family around or seem to have access to money. However, they single out the most vulnerable to humiliate, verbally assault, threaten, leave out, harass, evict and even block members of family from getting into apt when patient is in hospital. they profile ,lie, gossip, make false accusations and charges to authorities. they Enter apartments without notice, put pets on the street if resident is in a hospital for more than a certain amount of time even if the resident has made arrangements for the pet to be taken care of. They call medical facilities and lie about family members. Oh and they retaliate relentlessly. I could go on and on and on.. Horrific place..
