This is the worst experence i have ever had doing taxes. No walk ins allowed. No drop offs Had to come back to this location about 6 times. I dont think they filed my expences correctly. Will not return to this location. Will only be going to the anderson ca location from now on!

I am disabled and was trying to file my late fathers 2018 taxes. The man I spoke to never filed them and never returned any of my calls. Nor did their main headquarters. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! UPDATE: OMG So I call the number the response gives me only to have to deal with an automated call thing, when I finally get it to patch me to a living person, it tells me to hold and not hang up, then I am left with dead air and no answer from anyone. This is how they "fix" a problem? DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND DON'T USE THIS COMPANY!

went in, no one was at the front desk, waited a few minutes figuring receptionist just went to the bathroom or something, after a few minutes of waiting tried to get someone's attention and they blew me off, then after waiting 40 minutes someone finally showed up and skipped me to talk to everyone else who came after and also informed them that I was first.

Brock helps give piece of mind that it's all done properly. I have a unique situation, my husband and daughter (step) are Jamaican and still in Jamaica. We are going through the Visa process and they should be here in a couple months. Brock has helped my last 2 years of taxes to be able to get more returns once we get their socials. I would have never known that this could be done. I'm so grateful.
