The people who work here are (in my experience) range from "total normal good service" to "exceptionally friendly and helpful." I spoke to someone there today and she was so personable and accommodating, it made me feel like we were friends.

They're doing their very best during this Pandemic (in case people forgot about it). It's hard work for them, after many people have up and quit. They do their utmost best while having to do double or triple the work at times, & that should be respected. So many people are complaining, yet the post office lobby is always always full. If you are going to complain, do it while there. All people seem happy as larks from what I have seen.*Remember that they have harder jobs than we think. As far as packages getting lost or stolen, get a Tracking number for them & then you will know when they arrive. We have to do Our part as well.

They hide their phone number so most people can't even call this location directly. They mark packages delivered when they clearly weren't (I was home to verify this), then claim someone stole it instead of doing due diligence, despite the fact that there were other packages in other boxes that weren't stolen...as if someone simply targeted me specifically and managed to take it from the carrier sometime between the time he marked it delivered and when it would've made it into my mailbox... Unlikely unless someone knew what was in the package. My regular carrier frequently marks packages delivered hours, sometimes a day later than when tracking tells me, and it's only been a couple of years since I've had something marked as delivered that wasn't.

They keep NOT delivering my packages, claiming that they left notice when they did not, and then losing or stealing them. When i try to find my packages or find out what happened to them they give me the run-around and refuse to help. They are unreliable and dishonest! My tracking numbers for my missing packages are still active and say that they are at the facility, but they claim that they can't find them and won't do anything about it. Their customer service leaves a lot to be desired! Don't trust this facility, shady things are going on. There are people there that should be relieved of their duties. I wish my mail didn't have to go through them!

Yes they take them. Not sure how much.
The little one is $ 128.00 a year.
Best option would be to go there directly.
Yes they do!
Never heard of US. Did you mean the difference between UPS and USPS? Cuz if so, UPS stands for United Parcel Service (the big brown delivery trucks that you see buzzing around town). USPS stands for United States Postal Service. That's who delivers your regular mail and some packages as well.
It typically takes 5 to 10 business days. Make sure your new mail box is clearly labeled with your name. If you live in an apartment, make sure you put the apartment number on the forwarding slip. Hope this helps!
$56 for 6 months
Yes... Patriots day is a state holiday, not Federal
