I have been buying my pokemon card packs from here and my only complaint is that we should be able to buy more than 5 packs at a time. The representative greeted me upon walking in the door and was very polite through the whole transaction.

The bigger guy here is awesome. He knows everything about the store and everything about video games and whatnot. I come here for PlayStation cards and he will always be down to talk with the customers. There's regulars here that walk in every time I am there and they almost always know his name. Very nice store. I'm glad it's here.

Been going to this particular GameStop for 5 years strait, and in those 5 years service has been beyond satisfactory. They always have a good selection of games. The staff are as friendly and as helpful as can be. And the store in and of itself is (believe it or not) relaxing. Just a great GameStop. At least it's the best one I've been in.
