I have been going to this clinic for a year-and-a-half and I have ran out of my medication three times. This time I had to go down in person and demanded action to get my medication filled before I run out. This is not acceptable. A mental health patient should not run out of their medication because the office can't get their job done. Courtney is terrible. The only time she ever calls me back to set an appointment. I should not have to call several times just to get my medication late

My daughter had an apt that I booked 2 months ago for her very first dental apt today. On Friday I called to verify if she could still be seen for her apt as she does have a cough and runny nose but was tested and confirmed negative results! The receptionist said she may need to reschedule, she placed me on hold to ask the doctor if I would need to reschedule the apt. She got back on the line and said the Dr. said we would see her and that it was okay. I then confirmed my apt that wasoriginally scheduled for 8:30am but called and left voicemails stating they rescheduled it (without speaking to me) to 4:10pm I told her I would try to make it there as I was planning her apt to be in the morning at 8:30 she said that’s fine. I got to her apt today at 4:02pm for check in and walk up to be screened, the screener asks if she has any symptoms I tell her yes cough and runny nose but has been tested negative for Covid and the Dr. okayed her to be seen! The screener says due to protocol I still have to check, comes back and says that they were waiting to hear back I said okay. Another lady looks to be reception comes over to tell her she needs to reschedule, I hear and I say no once again I had already talked to the Dr and they said it was fine for her to be seen today! She said to me due to protocol we have to reschedule because the girls don’t recall you calling in on Friday to verify this and the Dr. is in the room with a patient. I respond with okay well I will then wait for the Dr. so they can check with him. She goes back in and comes back out moments later saying she spoke to the Dental Director (not the Dr. who I asked them to speak too) saying because of protocol and not being sure she is negative we have to reschedule. Sorry. I say no that’s ridiculous. Needless to say I will NEVER TAKE MY DAUGHTER HERE AGAIN! Why would the receptionist not document that in her chart that the dr. Okayed her to be seen! I drove from cottonwood for to be told after verifying that she wouldn’t be seen!

A visit to the dentist is rarely 'fun' and getting a deep cleaning complete with numbing is even less so but hygienist Kristi Cordero made my experience as painless as possible while doing an excellent job on my teeth and gums. She was extremely competent, explained everything well and kept me comfortable during all my appointments and I highly recommend her if you go to this dental clinic. The rest of the staff were lovely too! Thanks for making me less nervous to go to the dentist!

Yes they do depending on the severity of your medical condition. And if they don't see you right away, they will squeeze you in as soon as they can, I have always had a dentist examen me within a day. If you are not a patient I recommend you go in in person, I have been a patient more than 4 years and If I have a toothache I can call and always get an appointment the next day, sometimes they will ask if I can be there in an hour. They are hands down the best dental clinic that I have been a patient of in my life. Call tomorrow in the morning at 8:30 sharp and if they have had any cancellations from the business day before, they will make you an appointment and take care of you. When you go in and check in at the front desk, let the receptionist know I helped you to get in quick. If they don't reqognize me by my name, add he is tall and has a deep voice. They will know who I am and treat you well. Good luck and happy New year.
Did you let them know your time is important and if they want you to show up on time then what benifit do they extend to you?
There are alot of variables and all prices reflect a 10% discount for no insurance. If you are in pain, one always has a consultation thats 145. And then they schedule the extraction at that visit, a basic extraction starts at 150 and can be up to 250. If you are not in pain then the process is different. Then they set you up as a new patient and go from there.
