I have been Dr. Mists' patient for about 1 year. She has always taken time to talk to me about any concerns I may have. Her staff is friendly and welcoming, whether in the office or by phone. The office is pleasing and makes one feel welcomed and comfortable. I have never waited more then 10 minutes for my appointment. I know there have been some negative reviews, but I have never experienced any difficulties,

My wife went there oh, and Heidi Mist husband left her in tears. She is 65 years old and was hassled beyond belief by the doctors husband. She's got a bad reputation in Red Bluff California. Definitely try someone else if you're looking for a doctor

I have never been treated so rudely by a doctor’s office in all of my 63 years. I was dumped as a patient by the doctor’s husband Nigel Mist, who is apparently not only the gatekeeper and receptionist, but is also fully in charge of the office instead of the doctor. He accused me of not paying my bill which he admitted had only been mailed to me two days before! When I told him I would pay right away from my HSA, he became irate and launched into a tirade on how people swear they will pay their bills and they never do. He then lectured me on how doctors are struggling right now. He demanded I pay immediately with my charge card and when I told him I would pay right away with my HSA, he became even more irate and threatening. A week later I received a letter that I had been dumped as a patient with no explanation. The obvious conclusion is that the office of Heidi Mist does not care about their patients, but only their lust for the almighty dollar. I’m afraid the writing is on the wall for that office. They simply cannot treat people with such contempt and outrage and hope to remain in business.

I just got dropped by Heidi C Mist MD. I got tested positive for Covid and needed to call her ( did the test at the center for free) After the test got a positive so I called Heidi Mist with the results I asked to speak with her because my lungs are bothering me and wanted an inhaler or steroids that could help me. But the receptionist told me she was not in and I should take tylenol and ibuprofen. Wow how can a receptionist tell me this??? She also told me Heidi Mist would be back. Tuesday I called urgent care who refered me back to yes my own Heidi Mist. So Wednesday I called and said and explained my Covid problem . She was again not there and again the receptionist wanted to bounce me of the phone with tylenol and ibuprofen so I told her " what does somebody have to do to get taken serious here".. ( now I got irritated) and hang up the phone. It had no use to argue with a receptionist. The receptionist called me back and left the message that I should go to the ER. So first they say it's not so important and I need to take Tylenol and Ibuprofen and then they call back that I should go to the ER. So is it important or is it just a cold ( while tested positive and all kind of symptoms).. I did not go to the ER because it's not something to sit in a room with a positive Covid .. and I asked only to give me something so I could breath a little better. While having a "Doctor Heidi Mist" who easily could have write a prescription for this . The receptionist all of the sudden wants me to go to the ER. But it gets better people. Saturday 10/2/2020 I got a letter in the mail from YES Heidi C Mist MD that she was no longer my doctor. No explaining why .. so she could never call me back and help me as a covid patient but she could write me a dump letter. YES. That is class. My understanding to be a MD to have some compassion, but with Heidi C Mist this is far to find. Oo, and when I called back today 10/5/2020 I asked all my files. They give you the first 20 pages for FREE.. but all the rest is 50 cent a piece. And when they have to send it you yes you pay the postage . (Of course explained by nobody then YES the receptionist) Thank you Heidi Mist MD . I send a complained to the CA Board of MD ( what I did today). Just to let them know how you treat people. For me you have no star at all. By the way my name is Eva Rockwell.

I would say most likely to many rescheduled appointments or to many canceled appointments .I cant honestly say every case is different.
