My son gets weekly blood test . So I went and checked in waiting 40+ min in my car ...I walk in and check and the time went up again another 30+ min ... then I received a text and got my son and went in just to find out the lady said they just called us in the waiting room and took us off the list that we can resign in and wait another 2 hours to be seen!!! Ridiculous

I would give 0 stars if it was an option! Still currently waiting and my 3 year old and I have been here almost 2 hours! Staff is rude and take their time calling patients back and then don't even have what they need to draw the labs! So now we were sent back into some other waiting room where we have been sitting for another 20 min!! No communication on how much longer it's going to be either...I will NEVER come here again!!!! If my daughter didn't need these tests for surgery next week I would have left already! This place is a joke!!!!
