The automated system is an abysmal failure. It is 100% successful at failing. I have never had a prescription successfully ordered with the automated system. Why would you force it upon your customers first? It is terrible. It does not work. It is frustrating to use. It makes people angry. It would be less frustrating to listen to someone from the other side of the planet that barely understands English. And that is a terrible idea too.
