Yes i was intresred in getting a title loan if the title is in two people name but my name is first. Could i still get the loan without the second person being there...

If the co-owners names are joined with “and” then both parties must be present to get a title loan on the car. Titles using “or” between the co-owners' names either party can get the loan without the other party present.
