When I ordered my phone Adam was excellent. Very knowledgeable, friendly snd patient. Two days later when I picked up my phone, Gabriella F. was my associate! She was very patient and friendly. We are taking COVID safety very seriously for the sake of our customers and our employees. First, we are limiting store occupancy by asking customers to enter the store and check in with us, then wait in their vehicles until an associate is available to assist them. Of course masks are required in the store, and each workstation is equipped with a plexiglass barrier. We clean throughout the day, and employee several "touchless" technologies that minimize the amount of physical items that change hands within the store.
Yes Vicki we are open 10-7 Monday through Saturday, and Sunday 11-5

The store is very helpful i would bring your old phone in they might be able to help
Yes, but they aren't a "true" verizon store. It's a non-corporate store. There is a big difference
