I have been seeing Dr. Snyder for about 15 years now. He is very friendly and very knowledgeable in giving a great eye exam. The staff is very friendly and willing to help you from the minute you walk in the door. I would recommend going to DRO to everyone. If you want a great eye exam follow the friendly faces throughout DRO.

Everyone is so nice and kind at this office. I sometimes feel spoiled because of the great care here and their care of my eyes. They do follow great COVID-19 precautions. I rate them a 10 out of a 10.

I love the staff there and Dr. Snyder even f' an aneurysm in my mom, Nancy's one eye, that if it wasn't treated it would not have been good, to say the least! My husband and I were out for our anniversary and he. went out of his way to say hello which is often never heard of! Us the fact, he remembered who I was! I enjoy Dr. Hecktrick's bedside manner and is very easy to talk to! I am very glad/happy to go to Davison Road Optical and would recommend them to anyone! 😊 Kari Wright

3-11-2020: We do accept Medicare for eye examinations, if you have a medical eye problem. Medicare does not pay for a refraction for eyeglasses. The only time Medicare pays for glasses is one time after cataract surgery. If you have further questions, please call our office at 716-434-8063. We do not accept Medicaid. The above is accurate. Independent Health is a medical insurance that we do accept for eye health issues. Often people with Independent Health medical insurance also have EyeMed Vision coverage for a routine eye exam. Yes, we accept most plans from Independent Health and EyeMed. We have a large selection of quality frames that vary in price.
