Missed 3 kids at pick up, asked them to come back to get them and he did but as I was saying something he closed the door in my face and drove off with my kid, called company and they said don’t send her on the bus then. Again very rude. I’ll be driving her from here on out!

Bus is continually late that services Lake Ave Near Cold springs road and goes back to Newfane. The early bus for Middle and High school is late arriving, then the driver sits at the bus garage and shows up late for elementary school pick ups, no answer when you call garage, no call backs this company is failing to provide service as promised, kids waiting outside for 30mins+ because driver is always late. Pull the video and GPS on this route the driver is your issue. When Donna was on this route the bus was always on time but for the last 2 years nothing but late.
