It's my second time buying a car here. The first time everything went very well I liked the service and everything But for the second time I have had bad experience with them When I bought the car it had some lights on and we agreed that they would solve the problem but I have been waiting for three months to fix it and they never do it.They made me lose a day of work to take the car to solve the problem and what they did was replace me with a back Tail light with a broken which the problem was not even that

Excellent experience with Fafama. Bought a very reasonably priced car about 2 weeks ago from Augusto ... excellent condition ... drove it home that day. We noticed a minor problem with the car about a week after we bought it - we contacted them them and they were very accommodating and made the appropriate repair at no cost. I was very happy with this experience, and with Augusto.

10/10 buying experience! Recently bought a 2018 Tiguan with Fafama and had an excellent experience. My sales rep Augusto was incredibly polite and transparent. I was able to put a deposit down on a car that had not arrived to the lot yet, which I was worried about at first, but Augusto was in constant contact with me regarding updates on the arrival of the vehicle and answered all of my questions. I would definitely recommend buying a car through Fafama, and you can not go wrong if you choose to work with Augusto, he is a great guy! Will be back for my next car!

Hello David, we value each customer's opinion, please know it is never our goal to deceive our customers in any way. Just to be clear, you are the one who does not want to bring the vehicle to us. We tried to get in touch with you several times to find out what was the issue with your wife's vehicle, but you never even answered us. The vehicle is covered under three different warranties, Our dealer warranty, Manufactures warranty, and an Extended warranty. We have absolutely no reason to not want to solve whatever issue the vehicle might have. One of the heads of our company called your wife, which under contract is the owner of the vehicle and she also did not understand why you are not answering or not willing to bring your vehicle here, for a service you won't even be charged for. It would be one thing if we were refusing any type of service to you, but the fact is, you won't even answer our calls or bring the vehicle to our service department to have it looked at. Hello Kevin, No it's not a name. It is a combination of names, 17 years ago there was 3 partners that founded the company and Fafama is the initials of the partners names.Today only one person owners 100%
