My dog was desperately in need of a nail clipping. I parked in the lot behind Golden Paw Spa and called to ask if they could accommodate me. They agreed, took me in after 10 minutes. It's a fine, well kept shoppe and the owners were very good with my dog. I will definitely return. Thank you!

I had the worst experience here. Brought my Havanese Poodle in for a full grooming and when I picked him up I couldn’t recognize him to the point where I didn’t even think he was mine. They completely shaved him!! He was in tears and shaking when I picked him up. The lady told me they would call me once he’s ready to be picked up and will take close to 2 hours. I got a call in less than an hour to pick him up which means they probably just rushed everything. I am so disappointed in the service and quality of their work. How do you shave someone’s dog without even letting the owner know. I’ve posted pictures from before and after and it breaks my heart to see my puppy look like this. He looks like a completely different dog now.
