Nice and clean on a newly renovated building but that's where my experience ended. The service at all food vendors was so backed up at 3pm that people were just leaving. The exterior parking areas don't have any ongoing daily cleaning from what I saw. There was lots of garbage. Unfortunately customers think it's ok to dispose of trash out their windows. But with that said the service area needs a better focus on keeping the nice new building feeling new.

The rating is for interior, cleanliness, ambience and the shops options during weekdays. Star bucks, BK, Chipotle, three more shops and a convenience store. Public washroom is very good. Huge car parking to park. Plenty of tables to sit and enjoy your food. But not a place to visit during Sunday evening. Only meals option is burger king where you end up in standing in long queue and have to order what's available. It is not once. Same experience in earlier visits too. Star bucks and other coffee shop will be there to enjoy the coffee.

Due to pandemic few other service area are closed, this location is in operation and looks different and beautiful. New design and new shops with bigger capacity restrooms for the drivers and their passengers. Chick-fill A, Starbucks, Burger King and some other I don’t remember. While I visited this place was super busy with long queue in front of most of the stores as well as the restrooms. Parking lot was full! People were looking for a empty spot to park their car. Probably due to the closure of other service area this location is so crowded with customers. However, good to see so many people are having good time here on the way to their destination.

No showers for truckers but parking was okay because I was bobtailed. Very clean restrooms compared to others I've visited. The saying: Go with your first instinct, is super true! I should have listened and waited in Starbucks long line :( Although the service was great, I was very disappointed with the taste for the prices at Pret. I purchased 2 large lattes $11.09, 1 egg and cheese breakfast sandwich $5.20 and a cold pressed fruit & veggie drink $8.35. Chick-Fil-A on the other hand was as expected. Great service, great taste. The only let down was they didn't have cheese sauce or fruit. But I was still satisfied :)
