But you can establish a prepaid easy pass account very easily online using either your debit card or credit card you could do it now if you just go to the E-ZPass site 1 2 3 and then they'll send you out the unit or you could pick up the unit after you print out your form on McCarter highway in Newark New Jersey I think it's 375 McCarter highway and you're able to pick up the E-Z Pass at that location.
