unfortunately I was not able to give 0 stars I called up and started the process of looking for an Apartment 3 to 4 days later I was finally contacted back by Mark Fortunato he then told me he has a 3 bedroom apartment available that would be ready in 2 weeks. I called back and he had a woman answer the phone while he is in the background coaching her on what to say also might I add his voice was definitely loud and I was able to hear everything. now they have no availability and to be honest this is the poorest customer service I have ever received. If you are a in search of a home please do not contact this location they do not respond to emails and it seems they cherry pick on the people they want to get back to.

We reside in this apartment from past 3months, service provided by Middlesex management is really excellent. They provide instant service for any issue in the title.

Current resident and not happy with the way management decides unilaterally on facilities. They said there are facilities like tennis court, which needs serious maintenance first and then timing is 8 AM to 8 PM . I believe most of the residents here are working to earn their keep and who has time to play after 8 AM !! It should be open early morning and can be stretched till 9 PM . 6 AM to 9 PM is ideal time to let residents enjoy this facility if that’s the intention , otherwise it is just a show piece and sales tool. Please fix this and other residents please comment like dislike if it impacts you..

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME! Mark, the man we spoke to at the leasing office, barely greeted us when we came in. Not only did we feel unwelcome, but he handed us 2 sets of keys, gave us a map, and told us to go look at the apartment ourselves. UNBELIEVABLE! When we blindly found our way to the two apartments, the hallways had a horrible smell and the rooms smelled also. The appliances are old and so are the buildings. There is a positive review on the company website about Mark, please disregard. There was nothing positive about that man nor our experience.
