The veterinarian was very informative and friendly. Sry but I have to say otherwise about the receptionist. Never friendly. My heart was broke and I was furious at the same time. So I brought my cat for his appt. who was suffering and in tremendous pain. Mind u that she was informed that my kitty was was in really bad shape and she still made us wait 2 weeks for his appt. When I arrived 15mins late becuz of the fact it was extremely difficult to get him in the crate. Well I signed in waited a few and then she tells me he can't be seen bcuz I was late. My fault yes. But My my cat was on the verge of dieing. I cried and said look at him plz! Just look at him. She said nothing. I flipped. But thanks to All Pets Clinic they stayed open an hr late so she could see him. She even stayed on the phone with me. They were Very caring and compassionate. Unfourtantly he had to be put down. But he went very peacefully. Again thanks All Pets Clinic for being patient and understanding and caring.

Our first time to this Animal Hospital and it was a five star service. My parrot didn't complain or scream, so that's an A+ for me 🙃
