I'm celiac and BJ's is a great place for me. I love the gluten free pizza and they take precautions to avoid cross-contamination when I advise that I have an allergy. The food is good and I love the gluten free Pizookie.

THE WORST BJS I’ve even been to. We were in Laguna beach few months ago and made a quite big order for my fam and asked for it to be delivered to our hotel room. First of all, it took more than 2 hours for us to get our order. Second, it was completely cold and tasteless by the time we got it. Called the store to help but they were extremely unhelpful on the phone and we paid around $200 that went down the toilet that night! I really don’t appreciate this service at all and will never go back to this branch

Easy to find location. It's taken for granted that due to its popularity the queues are extremely long for brunch (not only on weekends). However the food choice and interior design of the place is exceptional. also be prepared for the huge portions - most of my group weren't able to finish it.
