So disappointed with breakfast...no jelly, no cream cheese but plenty of salsa options. So bagels, toast and muffins topped with salsa??? I'm confused. No bacon, no sausage. No Belgium waffles. I thought I booked at a Marriot hotel! Had better breakfast at a Best Western. Sleep-in, breakfast sucked...unless you like salsa toast.

In my view, complimentary breakfast was not up to Marriott standards. I've provided feedback and got a pleasant response. Staff very responsive.

We are currently staying in this hotel with two rooms for the last two weeks we have had to change rooms twice because of not having not hot water or having mosquitoes in the room. And also the key cards not working and having to re activate them from the receptionist. Currently the electric outlets not working properly.

Positive: Location, our son lives 2 blocks away. Also we stayed Sunday flew to Charleston Monday, and returned to hotel Friday for 2 more nights and hotel allowed us to leave our car. We had early flight back Friday and front desk allowed us to check in early. Negative: Never we have stayed multiple times over a 6 yrs period and staff has been exceptional everytime.
