I called Brockton Auto a few different times about a specific part – “computer brain part” is what I would call it. Although the Part Number Hyundai had provided was missing from the piece, Melissa was able to cross reference it with some online information and figure out that the parts were the same from another serial number. Used Auto Part shops are busier than ever with this Covid crisis, since people need to keep their cars on the road longer and Brockton Auto was also able get me the right info and the right part! That takes experience! They were also able to refer me to a local Auto Shop – shoutout to “LaHam’s Auto” who were able to Flash/overwrite the old computer brain so my old car would run with a new brain. Big thanks to Melissa and all the people at Brockton Auto. I know some days are crazy with the phone ringing off the hook but keep killing it with your great customer service!

Supposed to take a trip 7 hours away- noticed a crack in my tire. Called Everett’s and they told me they had my tire, but when I arrived someone had purchased the last 8 they had while I was driving there. I love Everett’s and they were apologetic but sent me next door to this place. Guy at counter was very kind and helpful, and the gentleman that changed my tire was awesome. Honest and good dude. Thank you so so so much guys!

So rude.. The guy behind the counter denied the conversation had over the phone.. Made us feel like we had the wrong place. We call the number, he picks up. After confirming we were indeed at the location he continued to give us zero customer service. kept talking over us, cutting us off I was asking a question and he cut me off, straight up. .. Had no interest in seeing what we were looking for. Didn't answer our questions. Frankly, he sucked. We felt judged and turned away. Pathetic place of business

If it was me, I'd go back to see the guy that u bought it from, explain ur predicament, & I would think they would @ least give u another, or what u paid for it. They'll test the one ur returning, make sure it's not ur alternator, or starter, or some bizarre other thing, like solinod. If it was recent the person u bought it from should recall? Good luck ...
