I have always brought my Honda here for service and the customer service and efficiency has always been great. Today I bought a new car! I worked with Carly and she was so helpful every step of the way. She got me an amazing value for my trade in and I'm so happy with my new hybrid. Great service all around. I would highly recommend if you need service or a new car. I know I will be back time and time again.

I must say, I wasn't sure what to expect as I had been to a dealership yesterday too and the experience left me uncertain about what I wanted to do for the car they offered me. When I pulled in we were greeted by Brandon, in a non aggressive feeling that some dealerships give you and I immediately knew he was going to be a good guy to work with. He was warm, welcoming, and extremely knowledgeable. I test drove the car and absolutely loved it. Working with him and Jay was an excellent experience. Both Jay and Brandon were super friendly and definitely went above and beyond to make this experience positive. They were able to get me into the car I wanted for around the price I wanted. I really love this car and have been wanting one for a long time. One of the coolest things is the dealer plate he used was one of my dads old cruiser numbers. I had a feeling this was going to be the one. I will absolutely be back to this dealership in the future and 100000% recommend people to come here. Everyone was great and my daughter and I are very excited about the new car!

I’ve brought my car here twice for service and it was 2 times to many. First appointment was a simple oil change and check over since it was the first service for the car. They said they performed the multi point inspection and what not. When I left the washer fluid was just as empty as it was when I showed up. I went back and they topped it off. Today I went in for an oil change and tire rotation. The service advisor was great, real nice guy. They got it done in about a half hour so I was happy. I leave and go to the gas station and realize the tires weren’t rotated because one of the rims has a scratch on it and it was still in the same location. I’m not a fan of paying for services that haven’t been performed. I went back and they pulled it in and did the rotation. I shouldn’t have to go back to the dealer 2 out of 2 times to have the maintence completed, I bought the car from them so I figured I could trust them to service it. Apparently they are having a solid issue with trust worthy and reliable technicians. I won’t be back.

I went into the dealer ship with my 2010 to have something checked out to leave there with a 2015 Honda Accord EX L! I worked with nick along here and there with the GM Lou and that was the utmost best experience I ever had purchasing a vehicle. Nick made it VERY pain free and was able to answer every single question I had. I have gone to this dealer ship since 2016 and always was very pleased with them but never knew I would find myself buying a car through them I’ve always brought my Honda’s to them if it were a serious thing. These guys are FANTASTIC! If I could give them a million stars I would! I’m so happy with the car and look forward to many years with it! Nick and Lou THANK YOU AGAIN FOR EVERYTHING!!

Deceptive company. Recently I had major work done by Ocean Honda of Brockton and they tried to get me to agree to $800 worth of fluid changes that I already had recently done. They are stupid enough to put it in writing and they had the correct information in their computer files. They are running a scam for sure.

Does anyone know why they require you to come in to discover they charge 3000 on all vehicles for wheel locks and Elo GPS? Plus the usual 499 doc fee. "Not allowed" to give the price except in the showroom?

The wheel lock is a scam. When was the last time someone had their wheels stolen? That's why insurance exist.

I just got a 2015 rav 4 from them two months ago and it's been with them for over a week now because they don't want too fix the problem they sold it too me with (same exact location). Please make sure you fully make sire the car they sell it too you is in good condition because as of one of their recent customers I am not happy

Depending on specific the tires you want, anywhere from $600-1000 for the tires and figure another $200 for labor, balancing, disposal, etc. Though, I would avoid McGovern. They are dishonest and incompetent. Go to Silko Honda on rt. 44 in Raynham.
