I had been happy with the car wash in the past. I have been a VIP pass member for over 3 years. However, this year the line has been longer and longer, and I haven’t been able to go in over a month. Proceeding to cancel my membership. People who wait In the lines are very rude and will cut you off right away at the first chance, making your lose your place. I have also lost the light on my mirror in the car wash in the past, and went through an excruciating effort to replace it myself. Yes, I get it they are “not responsible”
