The hotel is decent but nothing more. It was built with wooden framing and noises travel from floor to floor when people are walking around. It need a refurbishment as it is at least 15 years old and in need of updating. The dogs are a serious problem, or probably more accurately the dog OWNERS are the serious problem. I listened to a dog barking constantly that was a few rooms away. This is not my first encounter with problem dogs in hotels, but it will be my last. I refuse to stay in "dog friendly" places. Animals are supposed to remain home while the humans travel and especially aren't supposed to be left unattended in the hotel room when they are away all day. If a hotel does accept animals then those rooms should be separated from the rest of the rooms, not interspersed among them.

Arrived this past weekend for just a quick stay. Got in Friday and the room next to me clouded up their room with marijuana. I do not care what extracurricular activities people do, except when it affects me or my small child. I went to the desk in the front lobby to see a member of management. I was bluntly told management is not here. They will be in Monday. I thought they were joking but they weren’t. So we went back upstairs and said it’s not that bad. A few hours later it was so bad I could smell it in the hallway and my room. I call the front desk to speak to any management. Not til Monday. I ask if they can call so I can speak to him/her they tell me bluntly no. Also said they would look to see if there was another room for us to go to for the night. Said they would get back to me in a little bit. Never got reassigned a room, never heard from them at all for that matter but we slept there because I couldn’t speak to a management team member until Monday. I was not there til Monday. Ridiculous

Staff is INCOMPETENT!! Booked a Room for 2 nights that I had to cancel over 7 days before check in. I then made another reservation for 1 night in a KING DELUXE STUDIO SUITE (that's a JOKE). When I arrived for my check in they charged me for all 3 nights despite cancelling the 2 night and informing the person at the desk that it was cancelled. I even gave them the cancellation confirmation #. When I confronted the front desk person about the charge he told me that it is not a problem he would fix it. I checked out and thought everything was ok only to find out that he did not fix the problem he charged my card again, and the transactions were not a pending hold as with most hotels they were completed. I had to call and the person that answered the phone said that they would do a refund. So now I have to wait to be refunded for a 1 night stay in a basic king bed room that currently has cost me over $700.00. As far as the room a KING BED DELUXE SUITE is smaller than a basic room and smelled of smoke. The entire hotel reeked of marijuana including the front desk. The 3 pillows that were in the room were paper thin. This room was not worth a $30.00 per night stay let alone the current cost of $700.00 per night that I have paid.

VERY comfortable king size mattress. Room was relatively clean; stained carpet, residue on the upper bathroom wall (guess they think nobody looks up), a couple of smudges in the fridge, window sill could've used a deeper dusting. Overall, the people were nice, it was quiet, and I paid a really good price compared to other local places. I would definitely return.
