Oh yeah!!! We visited this Applebee's on Friday while traveling to Long Island. We were greeted by a very friendly staff and seated quickly. Our waiter was so friendly and accommodating. The food and drinks were great and the prices were surprisingly reasonable. When we visit NY again we're definitely going back to this restaurant. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit!!

The food was good but the waiter didn't come back to ask if my food was satisfactory. I order from the 2 for $27 menu and asked the 2nd dinner to be placed to go which it was but I had to wait 10 minutes after I received the check. When I asked the manager he basically acted as though it wasn't important and instead of checking he went back to the bar. When I finally got my food I was given the excuse that chicken had to be prepped and when I said I had they had the whole time I was eating to do that was basically blown off. Good was good service sucked and staff didn't really care when I complained

The service was so slow. An hour an 30 minutes for two kids meals and There 2 for 25 deal. It was a long time for a 2 yr old and 5 yrd

Ordered garlic mash, didn't get it. Greenbeans were overcooked. Steak and shrimp were warm to the touch.
