I had an awesome experience from the time I got there till the work was done. My appointment was on time, they change my oil and found what was making my tire leak air. They checked other items and gave me suggestions on what need it to get done soon without pushing services on me. The waiting area was clean and comfortable and the guys were very pleasant. I’m definitely coming back.

They were good about communicating with me what was wrong and informing me when parts were in and setting up the appointment. My only criticism is that the exhaust hanger is banging a bit after the work. Also a part snapped during the repair and was replaced but i was not told until i asked why i waa charged more than the estimate when i picked up the vehicle.

Excellent! Everyone was polite & professional. My minivan was evaluated within minutes of my arrival. I received an estimate that was significantly lower than the one from my dealership. I got an appointment for the next day. My repair was explained to me & was completely quickly. The waiting room was clean & comfortable.

Ken and Josh are angels, they helped me out mere minutes before they closed yesterday. Not just me but other customers in distress aswell. They turned a disaster into a much less stressful situation.
