I wont even give this poor excuse of a dentist 1 star even.. ive been up there twice for this same tooth begging him to pull it. He kept saying we can fix it no listen to ur patient and do what she asks because now i have a bad bad infection and not yo mention have callrd all week without a call back about it and.now I'll be tell anyone and everyone travel dont waste ur time with him hes useless........and the doctors there are just as useless they dont listen to u they go by that book not everything is in a damn book listen to ur patient

I don't like loud doctors/nurses It was nice that they are happy and positive but understand some people like myself with severe anxiety issues don't like people that are loud. idk I also felt like the doctor wasn't understanding my medical issues. When I told her what I had been previously diagnosed with she looked at me like I had three heads and It was just awkward, If I go back it will be to another doctor in the facility. Will say this though the nurse though loud drew my blood with ZERO problems first try which was impressive to since I can be hard to draw blood from. I am adding to my review in response to the owners response and comment to my review, If you knew my issues like I explained to the doctor you would understand why it is easier for me personally to leave a review like this online rather than voice the opinion over a phone or come back into a doctors office and complain face to face, again like i told the Doctor you just do not understand my issues.

I went there and got misdiagnosed. They messed up my date of birth even though I handed them my medical insurance card with all my details and wrote my date of birth in the 2 forms they require you to fill upon arrival. Because of the previous mistake my medical insurance is not paying for the visit that did nothing to get me in a better health condition. And to top it all off the people answering the phone are rude and not helpful. If you're a patient you'll be better off somewhere else. If someone from the health center reads this please do something about it.
