My husband contacted this place four weeks ago and was told to expect new patient paperwork in the mail. We never received anything. Might this be a reflection of how this place is? Hmmmmm. Attention to detail is definitely something they don’t strive for, apparently. How disappointing.

Everyone here has been helpful and supportive, from the front desk, to the nurses, doctors, social workers, etc. They answer all my questions and I have been satisfied with the care I am receiving.

Myxomatosis

This practice is "joyful and loving" offering full service medical needs. From primary care, counseling, lab services, medication management, dental clinics, geriatrics and pediatrics they are a one stop shop. They accept all insurances and have an excellent sliding scale program for those with restricted or no income. If you are looking for a practice with a heart to care for you head to toe- Lovejoy is the place to go! I rate Lovejoy 4 stars and not 5, because their front desk employees are not very nice. Understandable considering some of their clients are not educated and rude however their attitude is not applicable to all patients.
