Not sure if anyone there is working the phones - I called 3 or 4 times over a 2 week span, leaving a message every time (with my name, DOB, number, and the info I needed), but I never received either a call or email back. Luckily I wasn’t in dire need of help, and I was able to get the information I needed elsewhere, but the inability to contact me back was really surprising and frankly, very annoying.

Trying to check the status of the release of my medical records for transfer to another doctor's office. Called medical records and left a message a few working business days ago and haven't received a call back. Called again today and got the answering machine once more.
