I am taking the time to write this because rarely does a dealership impress me! Excellent job by Jaguar of New Rochelle. Jason the service rep was exceptional, with excellent communication, regarding the service and status of my car. The car needed to stay a couple of extra days but was delivered when promised, no issues. They were exceptionally accommodating and I will return. I can say that another Jaguar dealership (one I called first bc that was where I purchased the car) was less than accommodating, gave a very negative vibe, so much so that it was worth calling a different dealership. I'm very impressed, this is where I will buy my next car. They earned my business and made me understand that I am a valued client.

I could not be happier with my new car! I spent over a month looking for the perfect car and salesperson. I found both at Jaguar Land Rover of New Rochelle! Jim Raysor, my salesperson, was Amazing! Jim walked me through the entire process of buying my new-to-me vehicle with care and ease. Jim was very informative, extremely patient, and accommodated all my needs. We traveled over 300 miles just to do business with this dealership. Everyone was super-friendly; the financing process went smoothly, and Jim even contacted my insurance company to have everything switched over for me! We did not went with intentions to purchase a vehicle. After discussing options of a trade-in of our Discovery, Jim and Nick exceeded all of our expectations, and then some! I presented my bottom line and they were able to accommodate it, without any negotiation you generally get from sales. They understood my bottom line and it was either a yes or a no.
