Went their to trade some games, Some of the workers looked like they were upset because they had to help me with it. Strange stares and scowling. If you guys don't like Corporate GAMESTOPS business model as far as game trade...I don't think this is the job for you!

I almost forgot that I have visited here. I can't really say much about it except there was only one guy who was working behind the counter but thankfully it wasn't as crowded because if it was then I will have to give this rating a one-star. Why? Poor customer service.

The employees are very very knowledgeable. It's not one of those gamestop that hires attractive people just to lure more customers in and when you ask them they give you that dumbfound look "uuUUUuhhHHHhhh....*turns around and looks at the experienced employee* ". They're very friendly and they will actually back their answers with their personal experience (most of the time). They help each other out if the staff you asks doesn't have the knowledge cuz they're not interested in the game you play. I highly recommend this place.
