When I moved to this building I had an immense emotion since the Administration portray everything very nice but once you move you notice that things are different. I thought that everything was going to improve and I renewed my lease again and I intensely regret having done it since this is a disaster. I tell you... First you are in your apartment paying a lot of rent, garage, garbage, water, Pipe where the water goes and pay taxes for all of the aforementioned, but that is not the worst because where you live you have to pay. The problem is they only give you 2 keys per apartment and leave your children without entry because they do not want to scan the elevator and much less open the door. That is to say that your children will be on the street when you are working because this administration does not give them access to enter their house. As far as the amenities you pay for it all year round and in winter they do not give you a discount for the pool and the grill Area that is closed. The pool will not be on time because the permits are never renewed on time, no more than two people can visit you because they do not allow it, they control everything you do until the time you use the services, as for the animals it is only 5% that are accepted. Another thing is in the contract it says that as a resident you have the right to rent the lounge for private parties but when you need it they deny it. So I do not advise anyone who has children and a large family to move into this building. Unfortunately, the administration of this building is a disaster.

It would be zero reviews if I can give it that I’ve been addressing many issues in the building starting with the handicap door that’s been blocked off and out of order for over 3 weeks now and I get no progress report from management what so ever. Management seems more focused on making arts and craft activities in the office to make tenants happy than actually making changes in the building to keep tenants safe and happy. The elevators are constantly down and the club room that is billed to residents every month isn’t always accessible because management is constantly renting it out to make a profit, management is extremely unprofessional I over heard a staff member mercilessly talked down to one of the front desk employee and when I asked who it was it was no other than the property manager. It’s disgusting how she treats employees and what this management has become ill be encouraging my fiancé to break lease so we can move out sooner.

I lived here with my son for almost a year now and i can honestly say it’s been one of the worst experiences of my life, the elevators are continuously down and management can’t never give a specific reason why, there is garbage and boxes all over the property particularly more on weekends than usual, management continuously under the Property Managers orders constantly changes her staff at the front desk for reasons that are never specified. The office staff was replaced with the same incompetent staff that was at the front desk, for the prices that we pay in these units we definitely deserve more than what this management has to offer.

We are new residents to the building, and it has been a pleasure from the beginning. The Concierge staff was accommodating during Move In and are very efficient with packages and deliveries. Our leasing agents are always accessible and very helpful. They consistently demonstrate sincere concern regarding our apartment and living conditions. Maintenance has been responsive and effective, and the custodial staff do an outstanding job maintaining all areas. We are extremely satisfied with our move.
