I went into Autozone a couple of months ago and overheard the store manager instructing some sales associates that they should answer the phone, and not leave customers on hold for an extended time couching them about great service. . I was pleasantly surprised and happy that there was someone who valued customer service. I had a great conversation with the manager and left feeling like this is the new branding for this store. This was after stopping visiting this store over the years due to horrible service. It was such a disappointment to return that same date and encountered the nastiest boy with deplorable behavior and customer service. I requested to speak with a manager and asked for the boys' name while he was being rude there were two other employees present and they refused to give the boy's name as well. Finally, the customer service manager emerged and apologized for the boy's behavior, and even then the boy did not stop and continued to be loud and rude. He had to ask him multiple times to stop interrupting while I explained the situation that transpired. I was given his name by the customer service manager (can't remember his name, very nice male). I informed them that I will be calling that Monday to speak with the store manager. The customer service manager was apologetic so I decided not to reach out to the store manager and never gave it a second thought. Until today 6/19 when I went to the store to place an order and experienced the same boy with his deplorable behavior. This time I made sure I got his name from his name tag JACK G. I left the store without making a purchase and went across the street to NAPA to as not to deal with Jack. I will never go back to my local Rochelle Autozone. As a customer, I will not spend my money where service is under par.

Worst autozone ever. I bought some blinker lights and they didnt have anyone to help me out to change them. Came back the next day and there is a bunch of workers and im guessing its the manager there asked one of them if they can see if he can change it of course he look at it and said to take it to a mechanic. I get these lights changed in here all the time but they are so lazy they can even do that anymore.

With all this bad snow that we recently had I had to replace one of my wipers for my car. I had a guy by the name of DeShawn who came out looked at my car and told me which one to get. In addition he even helped put it on for me. Great customer service!!!
