I feel the need to share my experience. I went in here after getting my phone shut off to get a plan for myself and my father. All seemed well, we agreed on a plan that works and the workers were quite friendly and eventually got my phone working and I had service. However, when my first bill came, it was 90% more than what we had discussed. Displeased, I came back to visit NICK at the AT&T Plaistow store. He apologized, as he was the same person to set it up, and said it was all set. Next bill same deal. I called and was turned to calling the 611 number. Being frustrated with my experience at the Plaistow store, I went to the Salem NH store and they informed me I was not on the Unlimited Starter plan and was instead put on a 50% more expensive plan for both lines. In addition, I was also paying an ADDITIONAL 30$ PER LINE for insurance I specifically informed the Plaistow store I did not want. The SALEM NH store had to help me fix the mistakes of the Plaistow store. Not only was my bill over 100% more expensive than what I wanted, it cost me money time and probably hair to get it fixed. My experience was very poor at the Plaistow store, and I would recommend anyone who is thinking about going here, to save their sanity and go somewhere with competent employees. Two stars and not one because I guess I did technically get set up and got my phone and father's working the same day. Everything else was terrible.

I visited this store for changing a family mobile plan and then merging the lines in one plan. I was served by the store manager Ben and area manager Jess. There were technical challenges but they overcome and successfully completed the transaction. All along during the process they explain the issues they were encountering and solving. This was the BEST experience I had in dealing with in-person experiences I had in past with other stores for my Mobile need. Both Jess and Ben demonstrated their dedication to customer, extreme patience, professionalism, candor with smile on their face (of course hiding behind their mask). Hands down, I highly recommended this store for your future Mobile needs.
