Just did a car wash recently here for the first time, executive wash, paid $42 + tips and the job was not done properly, the windows and mirrors was not properly wiped, still dusty. One window on driver’s side has scratches. The dirt was still left visible. Not worth the price. Not going to come back

Worst Car Wash ever…car still dirty and their over priced I guess that’s why they were empty. Also the owner is a Jack&$$…he must have been confused and thought he was speaking to an employee. 1st and last time..paint chips my a$$!

Plan your visits for the best service. In quality and speed. If you go early, as all business should be handled, you’ll be taken care of. However, on some occasions I’ve had my car washed on busy days and still got back a clean great smelling car. I wouldn’t recommend it though. Also, sometimes my car still has watermarks after the attendant is done. Maybe just a little more detail on wet spots and drainage after the vehicles come off the dryer fans? Overall a great spot, is it pricey? Yeah but what the hell do you expect, you’re in Great Neck. And while not all the expensive businesses in Great Neck take care of you, this one sure does.

Excellent service on a consistent basis. Best attention to detail of any car wash I have ever experienced. I am a loyal customer since they opened for business in 1995. All staff highly friendly, respectful and highly professional. I highly recommend Great Neck Car Wash.
