We are uncertain of the type of bottom stick your question refers to, but the Master Lock Model No. 265DCCSEN 20 Gauge Steel Dual Function Adjustable Door Security Bar is a sturdy product we recommend. This can possibly be removed by a clever toddler, it is held in by friction and takes some effort to remove but the possibility is there. Hi Georgia - Anderson Lock does not have a formal apprentice training program, however, we do train new employees who have mechanical aptitude but no previous locksmith training or experience. Hi SKIP - Yes! We sell and install electronic locks that can be programmed with your smart phone, however, the phone would still require a credential which attaches to the phone. These locks are special order (not currently stocked as of June 2020) but will provide security, and make it simple and safe to control access to commercial spaces, like a doctor’s office. Hi Donald - Probably! We have about a million key blanks in stock… However, you will need to bring the gumball machine into our Main Office in Des Plaines, and our lock technicians would need to find the right key on one of the large rings holding the type of keys used in gumball machines. They would need to go through the keys, trying them, one by one, until the gumball machine opens. Then, they would duplicate that key for your use.
