Staff is super kind but location and size is terrible and layout. Constant wait for machines, unfortunately we have to go back and forth between workouts with other people here because lack of machinery and size and just to crowded for the size of the gym and sadly quality of the air on the second floor is poor due to poor HVAC and building style, a newer gym needs to be made or expanded or add more machines

I’ve been coming to this gym for a while. This is an environment for people to de-stress and get a workout in. There’s one employee who is always walking around and screaming into the megaphone 15-20 minutes before the gym closes. I’m not sure if he thinks he’s in the military or bootcamp, but I’ve never experienced this at any other location. The way he screams at everyone is enough to put one into cardiac arrest. What happened to Planet Fitness’ slogan about “No Gymtimidation”? One member finally lost his mind. You don’t know what people are going through. The gym might be an escape, or it might be something they need to do for their health. Nobody wants to be patronized. Management needs to address this. I understand that members need to be reminded so that they don’t stay past closing time, but there’s a proper way of doing things. You can get the point across without constantly yelling in everyone’s face.

I really liked the ambience here in this location compared to others in the city. The place is clean and the staff treat me friendly. However, I experienced something today that gave me a weird feeling. Many young folks who come here are so energetic, and loved themselves a lot. They liked to look at themselves half naked in front of a mirror where the hair dryers are for long time. It made a normal dude like me quiet shy to request an exercise for using the hair dryer. There was a young man who also loved himself a lot today. He took many selfie IN THE LOCKER ROOM where there were many people still getting dressed or taking shower. It is totally not the fault of the management but I really liked to bring this up to them. This is a little bit OVERLY ego-centric for putting others privacy at risk. Hopefully, this is just the one and only incident I encountered, and it the management saw my review here, please be aware of the customer with special interest about themselves.

The number of machines is limited and moreover the free weight area is almost non existent, very limited and light dumbbells, the whole gym has like 3-4 barbells the heaviest one being 60 lbs. No free bench press, just hammer machines which are not very efficient. This gym is good for someone who simply intends to lose weight and not gain muscle mass. Even with all the machines, it can be difficult to build a decent routine. The staff was friendly and professional. The facility looked clean and well maintained, the bathroom looked dirty and it needs improvement. Overall, good rates, good place for weight loss, not recommended if you're trying to build strength and mass.
