They are super rude and super unhelpful. I went there to take a covid test and had me waiting for 20 mins in a room without explaining why they had me waiting. I asked a couple of times and they scolded me. They only told me after that they were waiting on the rapid test results. That would’ve made sense, but no one cared to explain why I wasn’t allowed to leave. I’ve also tried going in for walk in appointments. I will call them beforehand and they’ll tell me that they do do walk ins only for them to turn me away every single time. The receptionist was super rude and told me that “we told you we do do walk ins as a general statement, we just don’t have anything today anymore”. This was at 5:30pm and they supposedly close at 8pm, so I’m not sure why they were unable to take one more patient. I was in a lot of pain and had a fever, and they refused to help me.

It took a while to get in, but that was expected given it is a walk in clinic and they were up front about that and it was faster than waiting at an ER/ED. So I would advise coming when you have enough time to spend up to several hours waiting. I had a great experience with both the nurse and the doctor. They were professional, experienced, and listened to me. If you have the time to wait for service, I would strongly recommend.

I wish i could give this place a worst review. I went in for a drug screening which I had made an appointment online for. I called the urgent care phone help line (you cant call the actual urgent care centers directly) in order to confirm that I was all set for my appointment. I provided them with the appointment information and they said I should be all set. It was important I get this drug test done for a job offer I had. It was the last day. When i walked in the first thing they told me is that they are no longer taking walk ins. Once I mentioned I had an appointment they looked me up on the computer and told me the people who administer the drug screenings were not in, that I’d have to come in another day. I called the care well help line again and they told me that they could not contact my employer in order to help explain the situation. Not only did they waste my time and money, but they were unwilling to help the disaster they cause in my life. AVOID AT ALL COSTS Also very rude and unprofessional front desk people.

I was visiting Boston for work but had a condition that was bothering me so I made an appointment online (super simple). I filled out most of the forms prior to my arrival but I still had a short one-page health form to complete upon check in. All of the staff were great and my clinician, Greta, was super personable and explained everything to me in very clear ways and made sure that I was comfortable with everything she was telling me. Highly recommended and if I am ever in the area and need medical advice, this is where I am going!

WHAT IS THE COST FOR A COVID TEST IF YOU HAVE INSURANCE

I have insurance and went in with symptoms - cough and sore throat and was still charged $160 before the test. They made me wait in line iand never even gave me a visit even though I said multiple times that I had symptoms. I was never even examined. When I went it felt much more like a mass testing facility than a clinic. If you’re concerned about the cost go literally anywhere else.

Hello Do you accept the Blue Cross - Blue Shield insurance?

They take most insurances. Depending on your plan you will be billed for what isnt covered. You do have to pay upfront for a portion of the visit.

Can an appointment be made in advance and be valid at arrival, as I see on this site some complaints, this is not the case. Confirm MA requirements, we can be tested upon arrival, and do not have to quarantine first.

It’s never worked for me. I made an appointment once with a sprained ankle. Not only did they tell me to get to the back of the line because they “weren’t honoring appointments.” They also didn’t have their X-ray machine that day (weird for a clinic) so after waiting in line for no reason I had to limp to their sister location which was also no longer taking appointments. Apparently healthcare isn’t really their thing. If you have anything less than a full day to spend go somewhere else.
