Umbagog Lake Campground

This is a very nice campground. There are 34 campsites with water and electric and 2 rental cabins. There are an additional 32 remote sites out on the lake. The remote sites are accessible by boat only and have compotible toilets, firerings and a table. Many have tent platforms. Very few remote sites are pet friendly. By the way, the lake is beautiful as well.

Second time here in 2 years! Load the canoe and paddle a couple miles to the remote campsite for 2 nights. Last time we had our own private island. This time we're out on a penninsula. For thirty bucks a night, it can't be beat!

Nice spot if you have a boat. Very clean and friendly staff Remote campsites are probably best. Main campsites are basically on Route 26 so you hear logging trucks all the time.

Great park, campsites are nice with power outlets and water, bathrooms nearby. Staff is friendly and doesn't bother you. Can't beat the area, scenery, or wildlife.
