Went for pick up, and they made an honest mistake on my order. I called to report my missing item, and they re issued my entire meal complimentary. This is an example of great customer service. I've had terrible luck with other places that over charge and can't own up to their flaws. Jasmine and her manager were very pleasant.

This one is better than the one on Broadway the food is good. I like the way you prepare it for me. I have been coming here for 2 months. So far my wings are not cooked hard and not burned . If you ask the is cook to order I go after 6pm.

The last 2 times I’ve ordered delivery from here one time my food never arrived and the next time my food came 2.5 hours late. Needless to say I had to throw my wings out because they were too cold. If you want your food delivered in a timely manner do not order delivery from this wingstop.
