We place an order at 10:01pm and they told us to wait 15 minutes until it had passed about 30 minutes, I had also experienced another customer had placed an order about 2 minutes after us I had overheard that the cashier said that they would have the food ready in 10 minutes, those 10 minutes had passed and it still wading ready so they had to get a REFUND ON THEIR FOOD, the staff was laughing and playing and just joking around like there was no orders waiting, overall bad customer service I do not recommend coming here it is awful.

It's unfair to complain about food, but they spoil the food and they are not professional chefs. I ordered and it is not possible to eat. I will never order food from them again. Where is the owner or manager of this restaurant looking? Where did they find such people to fry chicken legs? Sorry, I can't call them cooks, just cheap jobs and people pay for this money. I am very sorry that I had to write here is not pleasant, but they do not respect their customers and therefore had to write on them.

Ordered my food over the phone, they told me 20 minutes, I got there & still waited over 40 minutes for my food. The employee taking orders couldn't hear anything but had one airpod in his ear, everybody practically yelled at him. Maybe if the manager made sure if they are going to use their airpods they should be able to hear. Worst experience ever.
