Terrible customer service! Employee taking orders was rude to multiple customers wanting to order. She said they only accept online orders to some customers and 5 minutes later allowed others to order instore. The floor was slippery like it had a layer of oil on it. All tabes were filthy. Fries were extremely over seasoned to the point where theyre not edible. I washed my hands in the women's bathroom and my husband got up after me to go into the men's bathroom to wash his hands and was told the bathrooms are only for Employees. Seems like they make their own rules.

I don’t understand how you’re going to put someone to work here that honestly doesn’t understand and speak English Fluently . I order a 50 pcs bone in and she gave me 15 pcs she wanted me to take 15 and wait 25 mins for the other 35pcs to come out . Also missing tenders in the order that she never put . Dinesh Kumar is rude & Including her so called “MANAGER “

Very dirty. Even according to pre-pandemic standards. More so now that the world is more aware of cleanliness. There was literally just garbage around. The restaurant was empty, so it’s not like there was too much going on to stop the staff from cleaning. Also, when we walked in, the firms behind the counter were both eating behind the counter, masks down, phones in hand. Then they placed there phones on a food prep table. Where food goes. ‘Dissatisfied with the conditions’ doesn’t cut it. Also, the girls looked at us while they are for a solid 2 minutes before approaching us to take our order. It was just weird stuff.
