Went it to deal with a local matter waited for 10 minutes with nobody helping me tried to ask a officer for help when I saw one he would not even talk to me and shut the door in my face.

Questions & Answers

Royal Gardens Apt in Concord has given Real Mitchel Towing random authority to impound cars with expired state tags. Even tags inside the grace period. Do they have policing authority to do this? Mitchel is harassing New Americans.

It really depends on the lease and established defined policy. Impounded might be the wrong term. The tow company has a right to tow if contracted by the company. They also have a right to collect fees. The hard part is the fees can quickly add it up! The tow itself and daily storage fee. It can be a vicious cycle for economically challenged.
