Rip off artist! should have known better. I rented a cutting machine, they charged me for the blade, then charged me for "wear and tear" on the blade that I paid for. Like I said, should have known better, thought maybe they changed over the years, but no, there still the same crooks they always were, go figure!

Long time customer. Recently rented a compactor to help install my own patio. Machine began to struggle staying running about mid-day, so I called to see what I’m supposed to do. Staff was great and ran right out to me with a replacement compactor. Even gave me a couple extra hours on the rental to ensure I had enough time to finish my job! Will continue to do business in the future.

Live in town, rented many items many times. This past weekend rented a wood chipper. Had many issues which I explained when returning. I was told they would tell the manager about everything that didn't go well. I wasn't looking for anything more than an explanation of my issues and maybe an apology. What I got was nothing. No phone call, no email, nothing. I will now go out of my way to rent these kinds of items from somewhere else. I suggest if you want to rent equipment that you know will operate the way it is supposed to, Grand Rental can't be trusted as that Company.
